Hopefully I will get this up later today. I am super excited about it and can't wait to make more. I am having a little issue knowing what to call it. All I can come up with is Two tiered gathered skirt; which is totally lame. If you have any ideas let me know. By the way this one is pretty easy it took about 1 hour and 20 minutes and that was with lots of distractions under the age of 6 :)!
